Amber is the managing partner of PCG. Amber is an independent consultant working with global firms, small and mid-size businesses, and faith-based and non-profit organizations to design strategy, develop leadership, and shape culture. She is the founder of Bright Threads Leadership Group and previously served as the Chief Communications Officer for Benedictine University’s Center for Values-Driven Leadership.

Amber holds a Ph.D. in values-driven leadership and a bachelor’s and master’s in communications. She is a specialist in Appreciative Inquiry, a design process for strategy and leadership development, and an experienced leadership coach. A former Peace Corps volunteer, Amber also has global experience through her previous marketing and operations work with World Vision, a global humanitarian organization.
